Birth Time Questions and Answers

Q. I already know my time of birth but don’t think it is very accurate. Can you help?

A. Yes, use the ‘Check my time of birth’ order form and I can check the accuracy up to one hour either way.

Q. How long do I have to wait for your answer?

A. I work as quickly as I can to respond to you. Generally this is within a few days. Sometimes I have to wait until the time is right. Please be assured I will respond to you as soon as I have an answer.

Q. I haven’t heard from you. What do I do now?

A. Please allow 14 days before you contact me in the event of not receiving a response. I deal with requests for a time of birth on a first come first served basis and when I am extremely busy it can take time to get back to you. Every enquiry is dealt with personally with great care and takes time to deal with accurately. Please be patient.

If more than 14 days go past from payment I will usually contact you with an indication of the expected timescale to respond.

Q. What if you can’t determine my time of birth?

A. If for any reason I am unable to determine your time of birth a full refund is made minus Paypal and basic administration charges.

Q. I was born in the USA can you help?

A. Anyone born in the USA can contact a number of organisations to check official records for time of birth.  There are various sites on the Internet that provide this information. You can still order my services to find out for you.

Q. If I have a complaint, where do I go?

A. If your complaint is regarding Paypal, then please see the Paypal complaints pages. If it is about something else, please contact me and I will deal with your complaint as quickly as possible.
